With over 24 years in real estate, Melissa Dominguez-Martin has weathered every market shift—from the challenges of the 2008 crash to today’s competitive landscape. She built her reputation specializing in REO, HUD, and short sales, later founding the Dominguez-Martin Group, a top-producing team. As a former managing broker overseeing 200+ agents, Melissa became known for her leadership, problem-solving, and commitment to compliance and agent growth. An ICON award recipient, she has consistently proven her ability to thrive in both leadership and production roles.
Today, as part of Innovative Real Estate Strategies, Melissa combines her extensive market expertise with innovative marketing and negotiation strategies to deliver exceptional results for her clients. Beyond transactions, her true passion is helping families build wealth through real estate while championing the lasting value of homeownership. Melissa's main priority in life is her blended family that she shares with David. Together, Melissa and David have raised 6+ kids who are now college students, social worker, mortgage licensee and a Marine Officer.
